Homework
Children will need to read each night and have their reading journals signed. This includes weekends.
Four timestable sheets will be sent home on a Monday. Children need to complete one each night from Monday through to Thursday. Children will be tested on Friday. The task should be timed for 5 minutes.
Children practise spellings every morning in lesson. Tests will take place on a Friday morning so punctuality is key. In the event that Friday is a special celebration day e.g. World Book Day / Trip, we will reschedule a test for Monday morning.
